Our two main websites serve two separate sides of our online business. www.hairgasm.com is our e-commerce website, allowing you to purchase our products. www.longhairs.com is our information and communication website, providing you with extended information / answers about our products, their usage and care, and acting as a communication tool between you and LML.

So, why two different logins?

For security and administration purposes, it is more sensible to separate the logins for the two sites. When you become a MagicPack Member and are given a login for www.longhairs.com, we will try to match your username to the one you use on www.hairgasm.com (if applicable). For security purposes, we do not have the ability to view your existing password, so we cannot give you the same password on both sites.

If you are a MagicPack Member and  would like to have the same username and password for both sites, when you login to www.longhairs.com with the username and password provided, simply visit the "My Account" page, and change your password to match the one you have with www.hairgasm.com.

This person's idea was to make a payment to start it this month and completely pay off the cost next month. Then once payed in full, the Magicpack could be sent to her.

That would work  just fine .

In her account, she'd see it taken off her order's total:-) Kinda like saving it up.

OK, The way to officially go about this is for her to go ahead and order the MP she needs, and in additional notes area, she'd request that a certain $ amount be deducted off her creditcard and when she wants to make more payment(s) she would let us know and at such points, we'll keep taking it off her total.

We can even wait with weighing it in to set the shipping up, until her last payment in case she wants to add things to her Magicpack along the way:-) (we can add from the inside of the account and she could see in her invoice on Hairgasm.com wen she logs in and goes there) .

If she decides to get her brakes fixed in the middle of paying it off the paid balance is not refundable but she can stop the MP and re-spend it here at this webside for another kind of order.. but let's try not to change our mind too many times... but if she 'has to' she can use the credit here, that's no problem.

No it does not...although your purchases are appreciated, membership for one-on-one personal care by LML is begun by ordering often visiting us here too, and maintaining the Longhairs® Magicpack in it's entirety.

1. The Duo is often useful for test-drive, for a nice long balancing period before using the Magicpack. 2. Depending on your budget and it's fluctuations, you can order Magicpack 2 methods or ways. -All in one go, (one piece prearranged) the amounts relative eg.;shampoo/conditioners ratio is almost on par. A balanced kit needs to be reordered replenished less often, saves on time and shipping later.

3. Magicpack put-togethers are also including a 1 year with BTN shampoos set, then the other 3 components sizes you put in that order, you choose decide when they need to be re-ordered (easily and individually as a member from the members catalogs later) put-togethers are the easiest to tailor to quantity and budget needs. Realize shipping and handling will be incurred when/if you have to re-order smaller orders more often.

4. Magicpacks are all the same pallet of 4 components like as viewed in the put together. Magicpack complete is what Louise Marie supervises and somewhat prescribes or administers to you. (in your private planetlonghair membership diary that is included.)

Some Magicpacks have tools added or styling aids added some people may or may not want these items. Siome people have some essentisl tools from ordering and reordering LONGHAIRS® BTN Duo Beginners Kits here before so they may pick the kit applies to that situation. (peruse put-together area, and order other items separately if desired)
