Of course, yes. And for the 'complicated stuff' it just depends on how involved your needs are. Doctorlonghair can deal with hair needs refreshingly easily on all levels, and at the same time is very capable of some pretty high-end long-lasting results.

At any speed, even basic care, is going to thrill you, and you'll be glad you asked. 'How much' isn't the issue like in typical salons, you'll be relieved that you came in for a trim. It's natural after great results, to want to take with you some of our 'basic' shampoo and conditioner(and Flexipick). You can stay at that basic-needs level if you choose, no problem at all.

Oh and complicated? Somebody has to do it, and there's nobody better than LML to do it ....and it's not really that complicated, it just so happens Magicpacking  or  'kitting' may  or my not not be for you:-)

Perhaps this may work with chemical products and product that need such help. We don't. By following our diresctions for our products with our products... you will get very smooth hair that without a forced hand is staying smooth.

This might also work where the products(even some natural) chemicals regardless of temperature spread what good oils(processed or emulsified) might happen to be in their stuff. I guess it also depends on the nature theory (if there is even one) and strength of what they might be using. It (luke warm water and rinsed with cold) certainly isn't a 'long hair do or die rule' of any sort and we don't keep this in mind prior to making any product for long hair just to make it in the way certain people want to use one out there. There is no general rule that we look for to follow when we manufacture except success.

I do know you cannot move butter or good oils around properly like you think you are doing with lukewarm or cool water unless where is a high detergent value to do the job. The oils in our products and the nature of it are not such chemical, but designed to melt in at higher than body temperature (many reasons for this) without the use of the chemicals or pre-processings that an average consumer may not understand. Our products sufficiently 'open to accept' when they are supposed to, 'penetrate and close' on their own when they are supposed to, it's programmed in...unlike 'outside' products that coat or are 'simple-natured in design. Have you ever heard of anyone doing a 'cold oil treatment'?

The temperature controls that you are choosing  because of a tip here an there that are not speaking of Longhairs products at all,  are only tips for common products that produce these needs that they arose from. Doing this with the temperature with our products is definitely going to meddle with the way our products were designed to work, which they do completely on their own ...unique in the way and depth that they penetrate. In other words what you need to do for other products out there our products do 'for you' and 'with and on it's own accord if you provide the environment it needs to naturally do so and not interfere in such a way.

The need to apply outside information on our perfectly well instructed product is indeed overkill. There is no need here for outside tips that are contrary to manufacturers directions. There is no need to make a product that feeds into these theories as we are beyond making a generic product work as that is backwards thinking. 

Doing 'other directions' is like not following direction on a cake mix, because you deemed them not normal and then complain because it came out less than right.. ..after you changed the clear instructions. Besides the fact that scalp's, natural oil production system has properties that need to be activated, circulation ceated or allowed so your body can properly cleanse (plugged up scalps solidified oil in there that goes rancid, is often why some people's long hair up close smells like an old boot and their hairlines face and backs are pimply.)

Any good oil including your scalp's own oil(if it is clean and not rancid)needs to flow and not be solidified into waxy plugs.(honest...we have no conspiracy with your hot water provider) Just with most of our stuff works best with our instructions because the instructions are made for the product, not because we never checked  around or forgot to ask what hoops people need to go through to make some things do their job.

Q:I have been using natural products in my hair for years since I started growing my hair, what's the difference? Everything natural is all the same purpose to clean the hairs...isn't natural natural and doesn't natural generic include long hair?

A: If generic is your bag it's your bag.If you believe 'natural is a description that tell you anything, Eg: natural beef, natural bread, made with natural flour, natural rosemary (is there non-natural rosemary?)

You get the picture.You're mistaking a natural product for general use, as for what's making the general rule. You might be confusing that type of product with products made for long hair especially, that IS naturally pathed for very specific results. Our product and directions are specifically designed to deal with and prevent long hair issues. Don't confuse 'natural' (sales pitch word) with 'good for your needs'. As a standard 'natural' is what we feel is the way everything should just 'be'. Without considering 'natural' as a bonus. Ask yourself does everything natural in the world belong in one classification.... and belong on your hair, good for long hair? 'Natural' is not the only credential necessary to make it 'for' long hair..Our NO list

EVERYBODY  at all lengths should be using 'natural' stuff and there shouldn't 'be' anything else and then for long hair there is us where we are natural of course... but we specialize at Longhairs. Special product special purpose, special instructions.

So, why two different logins?

For security and administration purposes, it is more sensible to separate the logins for the two sites. For security purposes, we do not have the ability to view your existing password, so we cannot give you the same password on both sites.

I try to strive for teaching the client to learn to recognize 'satisfaction' by using what it takes because that is more correct. Everyone's hair is different and has different times and phases where t needs to be respected and listened to. Catered to.

Seriously..if you must measure your conditioners, I'd say a good tablespoon or more of #10-A or #10-B's and less of #17 Lilith but almost as much as none may need to use #19 as I would the #9. I use 3 times as much of the # 9 than I do when I use our other Conditioners. Till it feels optimum texture smooth silky all over including scalp...and satisfied. (that last line sounds like good vodka commercial;-)

then unless it's #19, Fexipick it thru before rinsing.

Not bad, but better in the morning for many reasons.

So...Once in a while, for a sake of a style, changing a shift, staying home sick...but miss that day and to retain balance.. do 5 lathers next available morning.

You will (because of no night-time period) end up missing out on your pretreats.but if you are willing to rinse and dryin in the morning you can get alot accomplished doing overnight #19 treatments on clean washed hair the night before, waking and rinsing, finishing the 2-step deep treament with applying #9 in the shower, Flexipicking and rinsing,  retreat with 10-B or #13-A and allow to dry, there, time otherwise simply sleeping...used well!! (search under the word toque for more info)

Mostly though, the reason is because the skin and body cleanse in the mornings naturally. ( in an outward motion)Stress and the world can cause you to want to use washing as a form of relaxation,that's ok to double-up in a day. 

Truly a bath is better at with Non-Salts, Epsom Salts or Dead-sea-salts (they are all three different see our remedies section of hairgasm.com) at night.

Washing toxins off the skin scalp and the hair in the morning is important (body detoxifies while you sleep)is a natural thing the body sees as normal... wash it after you have your Non-Salts Brine drink then the lime and/or lemon tonic and warm water upon rising. Cleaning inside and out clears the way for cellular progress..

Night-washing can damper or even confuse the 'in' and 'out' processes.

when we are doing all kinds of things eg: cleansing feeding, moisturizing nutrifying stimulating with this system, it's important not to throw things out of whack too often. Fruit in the mornings, veggies at night is also a bodily rule, for the some of the same reasons.

For the sake of a style eg little braids, hot rollers etc it's ok to get that certain 'look' or 'feel' sometimes of day-old hair.

Q: I heard from Louise Marie that  we shouldnt ALL go use hennas, and why?

A: Over 30 years experience ( personal opinion: I like it -it's pretty, my professional advise:henna on the average person has a very narrow window of success) Henna is natural, it does many things - some good, but mostly I find that it's quite intrusive .Henna does have it's purposes but only on virgin and immaculate condition hair. Henna is not a colouring alternative just that simple...athough in the beginning, the colors can be very stunning.

Sometimes henna proves to be rather shortterm thinkng for long hair that is a a lonterm thing with us. If you want to do what's healthiest, it's not the first thing to change towards a heathy path.

When the colour from it is gone the henna, it's wax...is still there. Even henna that's
colorless can have permanent residual results. It is a sealer, like a waxy
substance left on the surface of the little scales of your hair shaft. It seals
it so that it stays in whatever condition it was previously in. Once this
coating is deposited on the hair shaft, it wears out- unevenly and gets rough.
Thus the only way to keep the hair shaft smooth after hennas is to either
re-apply it (more residue), or spend ages with my guidance and products to
remove it. We have several supervised and successful users.

Henna can, and often does, prevent the absorption of water and proper
conditioning components. (Henna? let's just not do it, but discuss with me if
you have a shine problem). You have the tools you need in your Magic pack
