Brief Explanation of the Moon Phases
Every pracice has it's time but that is individual to the artist the act and the need at the time. It often deends on where your
(Native) ancestry is rooted, traditions are all different Wiccan is different as well. LML's Native roots are unique to her and she may book you accordingly. This info is not the type of info that applies to anyone anytime and is not recited as textbook or handed out for discussion with society because of many reasons it is personal to her and the client. The phases of the moon are caused by the relative positions of the
earth, sun, and moon. The moon goes around the earth, on average, in 27
days 7 hours 43 minutes.
The sun always illuminates the half of the moon facing the sun
(except during lunar eclipses, when the moon passes thru the earth's
shadow). When the sun and moon are on opposite sides of the earth, the
moon appears "full" to us, a bright, round disk. When the moon is
between the earth and the sun, it appears dark, a "new" moon. In
between, the moon's illuminated surface appears to grow (wax) to full,
then decreases (wanes) to the next new moon.
The edge of the shadow (the terminator) is always curved, being an
oblique view of a circle, giving the moon its familiar crescent shape.
Because the "horns" of the moon at the ends of the crescent are always
facing away from the setting or rising sun, they always point upward in
the sky. It is fun to watch for paintings and pictures which show an
"impossible moon" with the horns pointed downwards.

So, why two different logins?
For security and administration purposes, it is more sensible to separate the logins for the two sites. When you become a MagicPack Member and are given a login for www.longhairs.com, we will try to match your username to the one you use on www.hairgasm.com (if applicable). For security purposes, we do not have the ability to view your existing password, so we cannot give you the same password on both sites.
If you are a MagicPack Member and would like to have the same username and password for both sites, when you login to www.longhairs.com with the username and password provided, simply visit the "My Account" page, and change your password to match the one you have with www.hairgasm.com.
I don't feel it is... here is why.
I am concerned about your being exposed to EMF's or elecro magnetic fields around electricals at night especially around the head, eg cellphones or any electricity, while it is plugged in, turned on or switched off...it's bad for your cells....and your sleep pattern.
lets try to substitute something else, same effect...
The All Canadian Touque solution, plastic grocery bag (decal facing out) then slip a nice thick touque over it...tooooasty!!
This is a little louder till it settles in, but a use a shiny-side-in mylar heat reflector blanket from emergency vehicle kits wrapped over a plastic bag, preferably a clear bag, then a terry or cloth surgery cap, like a j-cloth material, over it all. It will heat up WAY hotter but WAY safer that a heat cap for overnight.
A heat cap can be used safely by heating it up on your head then unplugging it for the duration of the time.
This person's idea was to make a payment to start it this month and completely pay off the cost next month. Then once payed in full, the Magicpack could be sent to her.

OK, The way to officially go about this is for her to go ahead and order the MP she needs, and in additional notes area, she'd request that a certain $ amount be deducted off her creditcard and when she wants to make more payment(s) she would let us know and at such points, we'll keep taking it off her total.
We can even wait with weighing it in to set the shipping up, until her last payment in case she wants to add things to her Magicpack along the way:-) (we can add from the inside of the account and she could see in her invoice on Hairgasm.com wen she logs in and goes there) .
If she decides to get her brakes fixed in the middle of paying it off the paid balance is not refundable but she can stop the MP and re-spend it here at this webside for another kind of order.. but let's try not to change our mind too many times... but if she 'has to' she can use the credit here, that's no problem.

Q: I heard from Louise Marie that we shouldnt ALL go use hennas, and why?
A: Over 30 years experience ( personal opinion: I like it -it's pretty, my professional advise:henna on the average person has a very narrow window of success) Henna is natural, it does many things - some good, but mostly I find that it's quite intrusive .Henna does have it's purposes but only on virgin and immaculate condition hair. Henna is not a colouring alternative just that simple...athough in the beginning, the colors can be very stunning.
Sometimes henna proves to be rather shortterm thinkng for long hair that is a a lonterm thing with us. If you want to do what's healthiest, it's not the first thing to change towards a heathy path.
When the colour from it is gone the henna, it's wax...is still there. Even henna that's
colorless can have permanent residual results. It is a sealer, like a waxy
substance left on the surface of the little scales of your hair shaft. It seals
it so that it stays in whatever condition it was previously in. Once this
coating is deposited on the hair shaft, it wears out- unevenly and gets rough.
Thus the only way to keep the hair shaft smooth after hennas is to either
re-apply it (more residue), or spend ages with my guidance and products
to
remove it. We have several supervised and successful users.
Henna can, and often does, prevent the absorption of water and proper
conditioning components. (Henna? let's just not do it, but discuss with me if
you have a shine problem). You have the tools you need in your Magic pack

In Canada our quality controls protect us and are not designed to entirely shift responsibility to the individual to protect themselves. Louise Marie certainly CAN make anything work if all things (clients individual situations are taken into consideration) Longhairs Long n Growing Hairgasm Non-Salon is not going to impose conformity when there is so much fun to be had with a frame, bangs, fullness, detailing or a fringe.
Louise Marie's extensive experience and creativity of style reaches cretain kinds of folks who are farther beyond a bun or updo and options are Non-Salon-ish and astounding and exciting. The client, and everything about the client is taken into consideration and it of course takes more than professionality of the operator, it takes creativity to implement, and confidence in her ability. Taken into account here is not stodgy conformity or tradition, no scary stories to implement it, but knowing the client and taking ALL relative characteristics into account is what our clients want.
No, no instant gratification for now.(although it would be fun if nothing else) is a fashion or advertising thing...often misleading. We bring out 'your' own style instead of making someone else's style fit into you. (although bringing a picture that cught your eye, in to your LML styling session is often helpful for you to explain your desires... as well as bringing drawings) We don't usually get bored and have little need to cruise through others styles as your 'new you-to-be' like the typical salons do. They need that to see, we don't. We have our own ways. Besides, who's going to do the style on you and can they copy it?? Will it grow out well? hmmm... best get it done right by LML once and for all. Things evolve, and your needs will change. This is why the habit is a short-hair short-term headspace, a short-sighted fashion attitude. Style-boredom is cured by a visit to LML herself.
